Terms of Service

Welcome to PostLeap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PostLeap website (postleap.io), apps, APIs, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

PostLeap is owned and operated by Sri Sadguru Software Solutions LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India ("PostLeap," "we," "our," or "us").

2. The Service

PostLeap is a social media management tool that lets you create, schedule, publish, and manage posts across connected social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook) from a single dashboard. Features and supported platforms may change over time.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use PostLeap, consistent with our Privacy Policy. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 in India), you may only use the Service with a parent or guardian's consent.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us at contact@postleap.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans, Limits, and Billing

PostLeap offers tiered plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) with limits on connected accounts, posts per 30-day period, and media storage. Limits exist on every plan to prevent abuse and protect platform integrity. Once paid plans are launched, fees will be billed in advance, exclusive of applicable taxes (including Indian GST), and payments will be handled by third-party providers.

X (Twitter) posting limits. Because X charges for API access, posting to X is subject to monthly caps per account: up to 300 X posts per calendar month, of which up to 50 posts per calendar month may contain links. These caps reset at the start of each calendar month. They protect the Service against unsustainable third-party API costs and are separate from any limits set by X itself. We may adjust these limits with reasonable notice if X changes its pricing or policies.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, schedule, or publish through PostLeap ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service and to publish it to the social media accounts you connect.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have all necessary rights to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

6. Connected Social Accounts

When you connect a social media account, you authorize PostLeap to access and publish content on your behalf via that platform's API, and you agree to comply with that platform's terms (TikTok, Instagram/Meta, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others). Third-party platforms may change their APIs, rate limits, or policies at any time, which may interrupt the Service. We are not responsible for actions taken by these platforms on your account or content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostLeap to:

• break any law or violate any third-party right;
• post spam, illegal, harassing, or harmful content;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service;
• circumvent plan limits, scrape the Service, or build a competing product from it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep PostLeap reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled posts may fail due to issues outside our control (for example, third-party platform outages or policy changes). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTLEAP AND SRI SADGURU SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 8,000.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the State of Andhra Pradesh, India. Before filing any claim, please contact us at contact@postleap.io so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
